We are currently supporting a client initiative aimed at enhancing their customer support capabilities through the implementation of a Visual Journey (VJ) workflow, integrated with their ACD/IVR system (Genesys Cloud or NICE CXone).
Objective:
To empower customers with self-service options and ensure a seamless handoff to live agents by capturing contextual information effectively.
We are looking to connect with individuals or organizations who have:
✅ Proven experience working on Genesys Cloud or NICE CXone platforms
✅ Strong expertise in building and deploying Visual Journey workflows
✅ The ability to integrate workflows with ACD/IVR systems for an optimized, end-to-end customer experience
