Roles & Responsiblities : Check prescriptions to ensure that there are no errors and that they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient. Dispense the medicines as per the prescription. Bill the medicines dispensed and collect cash. Check the expiry date and batch number of the medicine and compare it with the bill entry. Contacting referring physicians offices with questions over prescription. Maintaining inventory of the medicines dispensed. Keep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medication. Handle customer queries and resolve their issues or initiate appropriate steps such as complaint escalation to relevant departments for resolution. Record all pharmacy transactions and keeping cash registers up to date. Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures. Maintain confidentiality with respect to customers medical details.

The role involves appointing new PCD distributors, expanding the franchise network, promoting our pharma product range , and driving consistent sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, appoint, and manage PCD pharma franchisees / distributors / stockists in target territories Promote our pharmaceutical product portfolio (tablets, capsules, syrups, injectables, ointments, nutraceuticals) to wholesale distributors, chemist chains, retail pharmacies, and hospitals Develop strong business relationships with stockists, chemist shops, medical representatives, and institutional buyers Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring repeat orders from franchise partners Provide marketing support to franchisees through product lists, visual aids, samples, and digital promotions Ensure all marketing and distribution activities comply with pharma regulations and company policies Requirements: Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Marketing Minimum 5 years experience in PCD pharma sales / generic medicines / pharma franchise development Proven record of achieving 20 Lakh+ monthly sales in a PCD franchise network Strong network of pharma distributors, chemists, stockists, and institutional clients Excellent communication, negotiation, and field sales skills Why Join Us?
