Generative AI/LLM Engineer

Key Responsibilities -

• Design, develop, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterpriseapplications.
• Build intelligent AI solutions such as chatbots and AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI tools using OpenAI, HuggingFace, and Transformers.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model accuracy, relevance, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, AI-powered solutions for business optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the LLM and Generative AI space.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

• 3–4 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on LLMs and generative models.
• Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM fine-tuning.
• Proven experience in chatbot development and AI agent design.
• Hands-on knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI toolkits.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, HuggingFace, and the Transformers library.
• Strong foundation in prompt engineering and context-aware model optimization.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
