Generative AI Trainer

As a Generative AI Trainer, your role will involve designing and delivering training programs on Generative AI fundamentals and advanced topics. You will be responsible for conducting hands-on workshops on building AI-powered applications using Large Language Model (LLM) platforms such as Claude, Gemini, GPT-4, etc. Additionally, you will need to teach prompt engineering techniques for text generation, summarization, and contextual reasoning. Your responsibilities will also include providing training on evaluation metrics for AI models accuracy, coherence, and toxicity detection. It is essential to incorporate real-world case studies from various domains like finance, healthcare, retail, and customer service. You will be required to create training materials, labs, and coding exercises for self-paced and instructor-led sessions. Evaluating participant progress through projects, assignments, and quizzes will be part of your routine. Staying updated with the latest Generative AI research, tools, and best practices to integrate them into training content is crucial. Your qualifications for this role should include at least 1 year of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI development. Strong coding skills in Python with experience in transformer-based models are necessary. Previous experience in technical training, mentoring, or corporate workshops will be advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential attributes for this position.
