Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation of AI/ML initiatives across the company, providing training sessions, and ensuring awareness of these technologies. Staying updated on the latest developments in data science and AI/ML principles will be essential for making data-driven decisions and contributing to the company's success. To excel in this position, you should possess 3-6 years of IT experience with a deep understanding of Gen AI solutions, including frameworks like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agents, and Lang graph. Strong analytical skills, expertise in data science focusing on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python are key attributes required for this role. Additionally, effective collaboration in global teams, excellent communication skills, customer focus, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this position.
