About the Role:

Generative AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for various business use cases.
• Fine-tune large language models (like GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) on domain-specific datasets.
• Work with multimodal models (text, image, video, audio) and generative techniques (e.g., GANs, VAEs, diffusion models).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and implement AI-driven features.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and latency on production-scale systems.
• Stay updated with the latest research in generative AI and bring best practices into the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, preferably generative models.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of transformer-based architectures (BERT, GPT, T5, etc.).
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar libraries.
• Exposure to prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLMOps.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience with multimodal models or image generation (e.g., DALL•E, Stable Diffusion).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and GPU/TPU deployment.
• Publications or contributions in AI research communities (arXiv, GitHub, etc.).
