Generative AI Full-Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated AI Fresher to join our dynamic software development team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about artificial intelligence and have demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to enhance software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

AI Tool Integration & Implementation

• Leverage AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate coding and problem-solving
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing SaaS applications
• Assist in implementing AI-driven features such as recommendation systems, natural language processing, and data analytics
• Research and evaluate new AI tools and technologies for potential adoption

Software Development Support

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using AI assistance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices
• Collaborate with senior developers on feature development and bug fixes
• Support the development of APIs and microservices architecture

Data & Analytics

• Work with data pipelines and help implement AI-driven analytics features
• Assist in data preprocessing and model deployment processes
• Support A/B testing and performance monitoring of AI features
• Help maintain and optimize existing ML models in production

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Create and maintain technical documentation with AI assistance
• Document best practices for AI tool usage within the development team
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing about effective AI tool utilization
• Support the team in adopting new AI-powered development workflows

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field
• Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience)

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
• Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• API Development: Familiarity with REST APIs and web services

Technical Environment

• Languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go
• Frameworks: React, Node.js, FastAPI, Django
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Cloud: AWS/Azure with AI services (SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.)
• Tools: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Jupyter Notebooks
