Position Overview

Generative AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using

  Python

  and

  FastAPI

  .
• Build and expose secure, scalable

  RESTful APIs

  for AI-powered services.
• Implement

  prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and embedding techniques

  to improve model performance.
• Integrate and manage

  vector databases

  (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB) for efficient AI data retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  for model and API deployment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend & AI systems for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with advancements in

  Generative AI, LLMs, and backend technologies

  .
• Document APIs, workflows, and system architecture for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years

  of backend development experience with Python & FastAPI.
• Proven experience in deploying

  Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs)

  in production.
• Strong understanding of

  prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG pipelines

  .
• Experience integrating AI models with RESTful APIs (authentication & authorization).
• Hands-on experience with

  Docker, Kubernetes

  , and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with

  SQL & NoSQL databases

  (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for large-scale AI deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
