The Opportunity: We’re looking for a versatile and mission-aligned generalist to join the Founder’s Office. You’ll work directly with the founder on a wide range of initiatives — spanning marketing, content, brand, partnerships, operations, and special projects. This is a hands-on role where execution is everything, ideal for someone with a startup background, high ownership mindset, and an AI-first approach to work. This is also a high-growth opportunity — you will be pushed, mentored, and exposed to multiple domains, resulting in rapid personal and professional growth. What You’ll Do: Manage and execute parallel workstreams across content, marketing, partnerships, and operations. Align with external partners and vendors to ensure delivery and follow-through. Introduce and implement new AI tools and systems that enhance productivity. Work across formats — documents, decks, tools, workflows — to bring clarity and momentum to projects. Continuously upskill and find new ways to work smarter, not harder. Own responsibilities end-to-end with minimal supervision. Collaborate directly with the founder, internal teams, and partners to shape key initiatives. Balance strategy and execution — from high-level planning to rolling up your sleeves. What You’ll Bring: Experience & Skills: 2–3 years of generalist or brand/marketing experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment (preferred but not mandatory) Proven experience juggling multiple responsibilities in a lean team Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) in work context Familiarity with digital creation tools, and ideally some Figma knowledge Strong communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and responsive A strong ethical core and values-first thinking Must-Have Traits: AI-first thinker — you actively think how AI can enhance the work High agency, accountability, and follow-through Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality Clear, clean, and thoughtful written communication Comfort with ambiguity, and ability to find clarity through action Trustworthy, values-driven, and mission-aligned Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically Bonus Points For: Experience using Figma or similar design/ops tools Prior brand management exposure Comfort working with founders or in high-autonomy environments Why Join Meru Life?
