The Opportunity: We’re looking for a versatile and mission-aligned generalist to join the Founder’s Office. You’ll work directly with the founder on a wide range of initiatives — spanning marketing, content, brand, partnerships, operations, and special projects. This is a hands-on role where execution is everything, ideal for someone with a startup background, high ownership mindset, and an AI-first approach to work. This is also a high-growth opportunity — you will be pushed, mentored, and exposed to multiple domains, resulting in rapid personal and professional growth. What You’ll Do: Manage and execute parallel workstreams across content, marketing, partnerships, and operations. Align with external partners and vendors to ensure delivery and follow-through. Introduce and implement new AI tools and systems that enhance productivity. Work across formats — documents, decks, tools, workflows — to bring clarity and momentum to projects. Continuously upskill and find new ways to work smarter, not harder. Own responsibilities end-to-end with minimal supervision. Collaborate directly with the founder, internal teams, and partners to shape key initiatives. Balance strategy and execution — from high-level planning to rolling up your sleeves.
