We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our team and offer high-quality primary care services to our users via telemedicine. Job Summary: As a General Practitioner (GP) at TruVita Wellness Inc., you will provide virtual consultations to patients for general medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and health management. Your primary role will be to assess patients" health concerns, offer medical advice, prescribe medication, and recommend further treatment or specialist referrals when necessary. You will leverage the telemedicine platform to interact with patients via video, audio, or text. Responsibilities: - Provide virtual consultations to patients via video, phone, or chat for a wide range of medical conditions. - Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions. - Offer preventive care, health assessments, and wellness advice. - Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with patient needs and healthcare regulations. - Monitor patient progress and follow up on ongoing treatments or conditions. - Refer patients to specialists or higher-level care when necessary. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). - Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, ensuring a positive patient experience. - Participate in training sessions and stay updated on telemedicine practices and medical advancements. - Assist in developing patient care protocols for the platform. Requirements: - Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license in your jurisdiction. - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a General Practitioner (GP) or in a primary care setting. - Experience with telemedicine platforms or a willingness to adapt to virtual care models. - Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills. - Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficient with digital communication tools and telemedicine platforms. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including patient privacy laws (HIPAA or equivalent). - Ability to handle sensitive health concerns with discretion and professionalism.
