As a telemedicine physician at our company, your role involves providing remote medical care to patients through video calls and written & verbal communications in Hindi, English, and Kannada from 10 am to 4 pm. Our organization has been enhancing its telemedicine services for the past 4 years under the brand Online Chikitsa Mitra, focusing on remote regions in Uttar Pradesh and other states. Your responsibilities will include monitoring prescription medication usage, renewing prescriptions, and making referrals to other healthcare specialists when necessary. You are expected to address patients" concerns related to telemedicine services effectively. **Responsibilities:** - Discuss and review patients" medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. - Ask patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. - Develop appropriate treatment plans for non-threatening conditions like common colds, flu, ear infections, urinary tract infections, allergies, and rashes. - Prescribe diagnostic tests to assist in accurate diagnoses. - Analyze diagnostic test results and explain them to patients. - Prescribe suitable medications with proper dosage and administration instructions. - Maintain accurate records of patients" contact details, medical history, prescribed medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress. - Advise patients on suitable diets and exercise regimens for improved health. - Assist patients in managing chronic health conditions. - Remain active during working hours. **Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Practitioner. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English. - Must have a laptop and a reliable WiFi connection. - Strong patient management skills. - Ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations. - Integrity and a strong professional code of ethics. - Completion of residency and state licensure. - MBBS qualification.
