Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our car servicing company - Demyto . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving business growth, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining profitability. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the automotive service industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Service Management: Oversee the entire service center operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards. Implement best practices for vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Monitor workshop performance and optimize workflow to reduce downtime. 2. Customer Experience & Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service quality. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service escalations professionally. Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. 3. Business Growth & Revenue Management: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings. Set financial targets, monitor performance, and control expenses. 4. Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for skill enhancement. Foster a positive work environment and ensure high team morale. 5. Inventory & Vendor Management: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability without overstocking. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts for cost-effective procurement of parts and tools. Key Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (10+ years) as a General Manager, Service Manager, or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and KPIs. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
