General Manager- Warehouse Operations

You will be working with a leading Pharmaceutical company with over 10 years of experience, located in Hyderabad. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement logistics solutions that are in line with the company's objectives. This will involve utilizing systems like Oracle to ensure efficient and scalable logistics operations. You will need to incorporate automation and ensure adherence to regulations such as cGMP/FDA. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and recommend new solutions based on emerging technologies and industry best practices. Planning and scheduling inbound/outbound operations to meet customer demands will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics to guarantee timely and efficient product delivery. Leading cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like FDA, cGMP, and others will also fall under your purview. Handling change controls, deviations, and CAPAs for compliance purposes will be part of your responsibilities. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to mentor and lead logistics teams, and act as a backup to the VP of Logistics when necessary. Managing global projects, serving as a subject matter expert, and staying updated with industry trends and new technologies will be essential for success in this role. You will oversee logistics operations to ensure they align with business requirements and develop continuous improvement strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs). Your experience with logistics solutions, particularly within Oracle ERP, and working in regulated environments such as cGMP/FDA will be highly valuable. Leading and managing teams with strong communication and leadership skills, managing compliance and automation in logistics processes, and expertise in global, cross-functional project management are key requirements for this position. Your ability to solve complex logistics challenges with analytical thinking, along with preferred certifications in Oracle ERP, Logistics Management, or Project Management, will be beneficial. This role may require travel for global projects, and your ability to work effectively in a regulated environment while maintaining compliance will be critical.,
