20+ years of experience in a global IT environment With experience in managing large accounts/projects managed services in Digital Cloud Infrastructure, Datacenter Management, Cybersecurity Services IDEAL BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE Ability to build strong client relationships and drive successful outcomes Strong client service orientation, a solid reputation and credibility with key clients in your space for delivering client value and impact. Ability to influence and manage stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority within cross-functional teams on creative solutioning Portfolio Management Should have managed large Managed Services accounts/projects with the portfolio of 10 M+ with Y-o-Y growth on top line and bottom line Strong technical experience in Infrastructure (On-Premise/Cloud, Cyber Security knowledge, Tools & Process (ISO 20K) skillset) Very strong Stakeholders management, account mining capabilities and demonstrate the account/portfolio growth
