Role & responsibilities General Manager Opening - Honda BigWing Hubli Central, Gokul Road Hubli 6-10+ years of experience in Sales Passionate about bikes , riding, and the riding community Responsible for increasing sales through on-ground actions, riding events, referral programs, and digital marketing Sales and Marketing of HONDA BigWing Premium Vehicles Experience in team handling and coordinating with stakeholders Ability to plan and implement innovative ideas focused on sales growth Responsible for achieving dealership sales targets and finding ways to ensure growth Passionate about sales and achieving targets, striving to be the best in the market Experience in riding big motorcycles (350cc and above) Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail In-depth understanding and knowledge of riding gear and inventory Ability to manage multiple duties and complete tasks through creative problem solving Exceptional customer service abilities Key Responsibilities: Managing a sales team and coordinating with stakeholders Tracking sales numbers and measuring overall success Organizing and conducting training or motivational meetings for the team Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction Creating estimated sales forecasts, both short-term and long-term Overseeing sales floor operations and individual deal closings Driving sales and marketing activities to boost overall performance Perks and benefits 40,000 - 50,000 per month + Incentives (No salary bar for eligible candidates, depending on profile and performance)
