General Manager Investor Relations & Corporate Development

As the General Manager of Investor Relations & Corporate Development at GIVA, you will play a crucial role in managing investor engagement and financial communications for the company. Reporting to the VPFinance, your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute GIVA's Investor Relations strategy to enhance confidence in the brand's performance and growth outlook. - Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, rating agencies, and financial media. - Lead quarterly/annual reporting activities such as investor presentations, earnings releases, leadership Q&A preparation, and external communications. - Proactively communicate company performance, strategy, and long-term vision in a clear, consistent, and compelling manner. - Stay informed about peer disclosures, investor sentiment, and industry benchmarks to provide valuable insights to the leadership team. - Prepare board materials and content for investor conferences. You will also be responsible for supporting the VPFinance and senior leadership in equity and debt fundraising initiatives, managing relationships with investment banks, VC/PE investors, and lenders, and providing input on capital structure, financing strategies, and market positioning. Additionally, you will assist in identifying and evaluating strategic partnerships or acquisitions, offer financial analysis, valuation models, and due diligence support, and contribute to integration planning for any potential opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: - MBA / CFA / CA or equivalent in Finance, Strategy, or Corporate Finance. - 5-8 years of experience in Investor Relations or Corporate Finance. - Demonstrated track record of managing investor communications in high-growth companies, with a preference for retail/consumer/D2C experience. - Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent GIVA externally. - Exposure to fundraising and capital market transactions.
