Job Description

Project Planning & Execution:

Lead capital and maintenance projects from conceptualization to commissioning.
Manage timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
Oversee erection, installation, and commissioning of plant machinery and infrastructure.

Engineering Design & Drawing Review:

Interpret and approve technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs related to electrical, mechanical, and civil works.
Ensure design alignment with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Coordination:
Supervise multidisciplinary engineering teams across functions.
Guide troubleshooting, repair, and upgradation activities across plant assets.

Maintenance & Reliability Engineering:

Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Analyze equipment failures and implement reliability improvements.

Vendor & Contractor Management:

Manage selection, negotiation, and performance of external engineering consultants and contractors.
Ensure quality and safety compliance during execution.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to HSE, ISO, and other statutory requirements.
Drive a safety-first culture across engineering teams.

Team Leadership & Development:

Mentor and lead engineering teams across disciplines.
Conduct capability development programs and performance evaluations.
