Job Description

As an experienced Facility Management professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience and aged 45+, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and playing a key role in the management team. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and improving organizational processes, enhancing quality, productivity, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Technical knowledge and experience in STP, WTP, DG, and Swimming pool maintenance - Managing tasks like checklist, MMR report, and MIS report preparation using Basic Software Knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel) - Ensuring effective communication in English and possessing soft service knowledge - Possessing a 2-wheeler with a license - Working in a full-time day shift role at the job location on Kanakapura road Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech in EEE - Computer Skills - Good communication skills in English - Basic Software Knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel) Please note that only male candidates will be considered for this role.
