Job Description

As a candidate for the hardware engineering leadership role, you will be expected to bring over 20 years of experience in hardware engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Driving the vision, strategy, and execution for the hardware practice, ensuring alignment with the organization's growth objectives. - Leading and scaling a team of over 100 hardware engineers located across various geographies and domains. - Taking ownership of the P&L responsibility and delivering profitable growth within the hardware vertical. - Engaging with C-level stakeholders, customers, and partners to influence strategic outcomes. - Cultivating a culture that fosters technical depth, innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team. - Demonstrating a proven ability to build and manage large-scale, high-performance engineering teams. Your hands-on expertise should cover a range of areas including board design, high-speed digital and analog/power design, silicon engineering, embedded firmware, mechanical enclosures, and FPGAs. Additionally, you should have a strong background in high-speed interfaces, server-class hardware, and platform-level design. Experience with global compliance and certification standards such as UL, CE, FCC, ISO, and RoHS will be beneficial for this role.,
