General Maintenance Technician (All Rounders)

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: - Performing minor building, HVAC, and electrical repairs as necessary. - Implementing preventative maintenance measures to ensure the smooth functioning of facilities. - Maintaining an inventory of repair equipment and supplies to facilitate efficient operations. - Completing inspections of offices and laboratories in coordination with the Maintenance Manager. - Responding promptly in case of emergencies, notifying relevant personnel, and adhering to safety protocols. - Carrying out any other maintenance duties as requested to support the upkeep of the premises. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in building maintenance and repair work. - Proficiency in HVAC and electrical systems maintenance. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
