Job Description: Officer at Factory HR/Admin (IR) Department: Human Resources Objective of Role :- To Strategize, Plan, Direct and Manage the Operations of Admin/IR Function Statutory Compliances:- Major Job Responsibilities: To ensure all the Statutory Compliances from time to time PF ESIC Factory inspector Medical health check- up Safety audits Labour Office MPCB Security Board 2. General Compliances To ensure all the General other Compliances from time to time Uniform Safety Shoes Policy Implementation as per Law Contract labour Customer Audit compliances CSR activities Insurance policies as per Compensation Act Assisting in appointing Apprentices 3. General Admin To ensure all the general admin activities House Keeping Transportation handling Gardening Assisting in training program General discipline in the factory Time Keeping To ensure occupational health and safety related matters of all employees 4. Other activities Management of National as well as Local days i.e. organizing flag hosting, arranging Ganesh Festival or any other functions at factory or outside Develop robust and strategic feedback mechanism for employee satisfaction grievances and suggestions Requirements Skills & Experience Must have experience in Admin/IR Management Fluency of English & local languages Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving Willingness to travel (within the defined territory) extensively Process oriented approach with an attitude to go deep into a problem Industry preference 4-5 years experience in handling team as leader. Qualification MBA in HR / MPM
