Job Description

As a Quality & Compliance Assistant at SIBAS, your primary role is to support the organizational requirements to ensure compliance with relevant standards. You will report to the Senior QC Officer and be responsible for the following key tasks: - Going through client or employee feedbacks and incidents regularly, identifying serious incidents or feedbacks, and reporting them to the Senior QC Officer. - Keeping registers for incidents and feedbacks up to date. - Handling general admin tasks such as data entry/management within the QC department. - Editing, formatting, and amending various client, employee, risk, and QC forms. - Taking meeting minutes and producing reports when necessary. - Assisting with monthly statistics and reports related to client/staff feedback on matters of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a quality and compliance capacity. In addition, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word. - Advanced skills in administrative practices and processes. - Strong attention to detail. - Proven track record of staying organized in a deadline-driven environment with competing priorities. - Well-developed interpersonal and report writing skills.
