Prepare and post daily journal entries, receipts, payments, and adjustments.
Perform vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.
Ensure timely month-end closing activities.
Process vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and supplier payments.
Verify documentation, approvals, and supporting bills before processing payments.
Monitor payment schedules, due dates, and maintain vendor ledgers.
Prepare and verify GST input/output calculations.
Assist in monthly GST filing, reconciliation, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain proper records.
Manage employee expense claims and reimbursement processing.
Maintain expense reports and ensure accuracy of supporting documents.
Maintain documentation of bills, vouchers, agreements, and financial reports.
Assist in audit-related activities and provide required information.
Support day-to-day office administration when required.
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Knowledge of GST rules, invoice verification, and payment cycles.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
