GenAI/ML Engineer(Azure, Databricks)

As an AI/ML & Generative AI Developer, you will be a part of the AI Innovation Team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and Agentic AI systems for various enterprise use cases. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced ML models, LLM applications, and intelligent AI agents using technologies like LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, Azure, and Databricks. - Develop and deploy AI/ML models and Generative AI applications for diverse enterprise challenges. - Fine-tune and integrate LLMs with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines. - Build Agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning and decision-making. - Design scalable data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for structured/unstructured data. - Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to productionize AI solutions. - Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML/GenAI workflows and support MLOps best practices. - Leverage Azure and Databricks for scalable AI deployments and monitoring. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML & Generative AI development. - Strong expertise in RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI implementations. - Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, and ML/DL libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch. - Deep knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Transformer architectures. - Practical experience with Azure cloud, Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow).
