GenAI/ML Engineer(Azure, Databricks)

You will play a crucial role as an AI/ML & Generative AI Developer in our AI Innovation Team, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and Agentic AI systems for enterprise solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and deploying AI/ML models and Generative AI applications for various enterprise challenges. - Fine-tuning and integrating LLMs with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines. - Constructing Agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning and decision-making capabilities. - Designing scalable data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for structured and unstructured data. - Collaborating with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to bring AI solutions into production. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines for ML/GenAI workflows and supporting MLOps best practices. - Utilizing Azure and Databricks for scalable AI deployments and monitoring. Your qualifications must include: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML & Generative AI development. - Strong expertise in RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI implementations. - Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, and ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. - Extensive knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, and Transformer architectures. - Practical experience with Azure cloud, Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps tools like MLflow, DVC, and Kubeflow. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate. - Experience with AutoGPT, CrewAI, or other agent frameworks. - Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Databricks ML tools. - Awareness of AI security, responsible AI practices, and model governance.
