Job Description

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 8 years of experience in full stack software engineering.
Proven experience in building AI chatbots and deploying Agentic AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, MS Autogen2, Google ADK, PydanticAI, crewAI or similar.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong understanding of backend-end technologies like FastAPI, Flask, Django etc
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
