GenAI Developer

As a GenAI Developer at our company in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining GenAI-powered applications and workflows using LangChain. You will work on developing robust Python-based backend logic to support AI workflows and write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Collaboration with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will fine-tune and implement large language models for specific use cases and work on prompt engineering and optimization for LLM-powered applications. Ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance across all developed solutions will be a priority, along with active participation in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing discussions. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with LangChain and LLM-based application development, proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of OOPs and modular code design, and good knowledge of SQL including writing, optimizing, and debugging complex queries. Familiarity with integrating external APIs and working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, is preferred. An understanding of prompt engineering and conversational AI tools will be considered a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum of 2.5 to 6 years of relevant experience. You must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to the city. The work mode is hybrid, and you are expected to work 3-4 days a week from the office. The interview mode is offline only, and candidates must be available to attend interviews in person at the Hyderabad office.
