The role is hybrid, based in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The GenAI Developer will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI models, implementing AI algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research on emerging AI technologies, and deploying AI solutions. They will also be involved in troubleshooting and maintaining AI systems and applications. Key Responsibilities 1.Fine tune large language models tailored to marketing and operational use cases. 2.Build Generative AI solutions using OpenAI (GPT, DALL·E, Whisper) Geminia,AzureOpenAI, Claude by Anthropic 3.Work with Agentic AI platforms like platform like LangGraph,AWS Bedrock 4.Build robust pipelines using Python,NumPy, Pandas 5 . Apply traditional ML techniques: clustering, PCA, feature engineering, hyper parameters tunning 6 . Handle CI/CD & MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, deployment 7 . Use AWS Cloud Services: Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker, Bedrock 8 . Collaborate using tools like Cursor for code design and reviews 9 . Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of relevant AI/ML development experience. Strong portfolio of AI projects in marketing or operations domains. Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
