Position Summary The AI Advisory Architect at HCLTech AI and Cloud Native Labs will need to have comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of Google AI and Cloud offerings. The role requires expertise in creating effective training programs and their content, manage training of candidates in cohorts, deliver high quality trainings on AI and related technologies and their applications to candidates from diverse backgrounds including developers and sales personnel. You will be an expert technical resource comfortable in engaging and influencing HCL leadership, clients, and technologists by leading in technical discussions on AI and GenAI. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies and methodologies. Demonstrate thought leadership when presenting AI and GenAI concepts and technologies in trainings and to client leadership effectively with audience from wide backgrounds. Lead technical discussions on AI and Gen AI to advise and influence HCL leadership and clients. Collaborate with global peers from Google and other partner ecosystems (Intel, NVIDIA etc.) on joint technical projects. Contribute to the technical delivery of projects, ensuring a high quality of work that adheres to best practices, bring innovative approaches, and meets client expectations. Service Delivery and Innovation Provide consulting and advisory services to Clients and Internal stakeholders about AI and Gen AI technologies. Design training programs on GenAI concepts and technologies and create their content. Plan, Manage and Execute trainings in cohorts and effectively present AI concepts and technologies to wide range of audiences according to their objectives. Provide expert training to HCL employees as well as external clients, focusing on practical applications of AI in real-world scenarios. Educate sales teams on AI concepts and technologies, enabling them to better understand and sell AI and GenAI solutions. Thought Leadership and Trainings Demonstrate HCL thought leadership with an expert understanding of advanced AI and GenAI solutions in client engagements and trainings. Publish content (whitepapers, blogs, e-books etc.) demonstrating expertise and innovation in the AI and GenAI solutions. Design and develop structure and content for comprehensive programs on AI and related technologies. Manage training cohorts and conduct sessions for training programs on AI and related technologies for audience with diverse backgrounds. Skills and Experience Mandatory Bachelor level technical degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering background preferred. Experience: 8+ years in AI and Machine Learning • At least one Google Cloud and AI certifications • Technologies: Good exposure to Python and AI Frameworks like PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, Google Generative AI etc. Expert understanding of Google AI and Cloud Offerings and their applications. o Strong foundation in AI concepts and related topics such as AI Governance and Ethics o Exposure Data Engineering skills for preparing data for use in AI solutions and Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark etc. Must have experience with designing, developing, testing, deploying, operating, and optimizing AI solutions for wide range of client use cases. Expert communication and presentation skills, capable of presenting and influencing large audiences in training sessions, seminars, and conferences as well as high level executives. Desired The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, and a proven track record in coaching, and a broad understanding of cloud technologies. Ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision for AI education and training. Excellent problem-solving skill and ability to work in team environment. Understanding of modern computing paradigms and their applications in AI. Ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision for AI education and training. Be capable of working in projects according to Agile methodologies.
