Key Responsibilities WhatsApp Management : Handle chats, broadcast lists, inquiries, and member interactions. Digital & Social Media Engagement : Manage and coordinate campaigns across all platforms: Instagram Facebook WhatsApp LinkedIn YouTube Play Store (ratings & reviews) Online Reputation Management (ORM) : Be the sole owner of ORM across all platforms. Monitor and respond promptly to comments, reviews, queries, and feedback. Track Google Play Store reviews , respond, and showcase rating/feedback trends . Lead Management & Conversions : Capture leads generated via ORM and campaigns. Ensure every lead is followed up, out called, and converted into subscriptions/ business with timely reminders. Campaign Support : Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns with the marketing team. Data & Reporting : Maintain Excel reports to track ORM logs, lead conversion outcomes, and Play Store/social media feedback trends. Day-to-Day Support : Help with the smooth functioning of the marketing and customer relations team. Requirements Fluent in English (spoken & written). Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills (data entry, reporting, tracking). Familiarity with digital platforms: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Google Business, Google Play Store, Email. Understanding of ORM and online engagement best practices. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
