Gen AI Platform Engineer

Role Overview: As a GenAI Platform Engineer at Thoucentric, your main responsibility will be to build and manage a secure and scalable Generative AI infrastructure. This role will involve setting up and securing Enterprise GPT instances, integrating with SSO for managing access controls, building APIs and connectors to internal data sources, developing APIs for RAG and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance, and collaborating with data, security, and product teams. Additionally, you will be deploying various infrastructure services on both Cloud and On-Prem environments. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and secure Enterprise GPT instances - Integrate with SSO and manage access controls - Build APIs and connectors to internal data sources - Build APIs for RAG and Agentic AI solutions - Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance - Collaborate with data, security, and product teams - Deploy Applications, Application Servers, Virtual Machines, Databases, Serverless Components, and other infrastructure services on Cloud and On-Prem Qualifications Required: - Experience working with Linux/UNIX systems, Docker & Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms like Azure and AWS - Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js - Strong skills in API development and integration - Familiarity with SSO and identity management protocols such as OAuth and SAML - Knowledge of Databricks and data workflows - Experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL, and related data stores like Postgres - Understanding of data security and privacy best practices Good To Have: - Experience with RAG and GenAI implementation - Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS and Pinecone - Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar - Awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks and security concepts Additional Company Details: Thoucentric is the Consulting arm of Xoriant, a global digital engineering services company with a strong presence in various countries.
