As a Management Consulting Manager in the Data & AI Strategy team at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing clients" business challenges, guiding them through AI-driven transformations, shaping data strategies, and implementing machine learning solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing AI strategies aligned with clients" business objectives, establishing governance frameworks, designing innovative solutions, and creating implementation roadmaps to drive tangible business value. Moreover, you will lead business development initiatives across various markets and client accounts, foster relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive strategic partnerships to promote business growth within Accenture Strategy and Consulting, particularly in the Global Network division. In this role, you will oversee a team of Consultants, Analysts, and Associates, providing strategic direction on projects, supporting their professional development through mentorship, and driving the creation of assets such as whitepapers, thought leadership content, and industry insights to position the organization as a market leader in AI and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on AI strategy, implementation, and optimization to enhance business transformation and gain a competitive edge. - Offer guidance on data strategy, data governance frameworks, and data architecture to address client challenges effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into business processes, improving efficiency and decision-making. - Lead the development of AI-based thought leadership materials, including whitepapers, industry reports, and case studies. - Stay abreast of industry trends in AI/Gen AI, bringing innovative solutions to clients and the practice. - Mentor and guide a team of consultants, analysts, and associates to drive professional growth and project success. Your experience should include a strong background in AI, Gen AI, Data Strategy, and AI/Data Governance, with a preference for consulting expertise. You should demonstrate the ability to drive business development opportunities, lead AI transformation initiatives, possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and excel in communication and presentation to senior executives. Additionally, having cross-cultural competence, a fast-paced collaborative work ethic, and experience in mentoring teams in management consulting will be beneficial for this role. A relevant qualification such as an MBA from a Tier-1 business school and 8-12 years of experience in AI/Gen AI, data strategy, or management consulting is required, along with knowledge of cloud platforms, responsible AI, and enterprise AI strategies within the High-Tech industry.,
