Gen AI Lead

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI applications and systems.
• Architect and implement solutions using advanced GenAI frameworks and technologies.
• Drive the end-to-end model lifecycle, from concept and fine-tuning to evaluation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  7 to 9 years in AI/ML / Data Engineering, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI development.

• Programming:

  Strong proficiency in Python, including packages such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, FastAPI, and Flask.

• GenAI Expertise:

  Proven hands-on expertise with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI API, or Anthropic APIs.

• Architecture & Methods:

  Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and model fine-tuning.

• Cloud & DevOps:

  Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• MLOps:

  Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, and model monitoring frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Vertex AI, Azure ML).

• Data Engineering:

  Experience with data preprocessing, vector embeddings, and semantic search systems.
