Gen AI and ML Engineer

Job Description

Role: Gen AI and ML Eng Exp:3-10 Years Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore NP:Immediate -15 Days(Do Not share more than 15 Days NP Candidates) Required skillsets: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred). 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI, with a focus on GenAI. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), generative models, and NLP techniques. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods. Experience deploying ML models in production environments (cloud or on-premises). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Define and execute the AI/ML strategy in alignment with business goals. Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art GenAI and ML models, including large language models (LLMs) and generative architectures. Serve as a subject matter expert, advising executive leadership and cross-functional teams on AI/ML opportunities, risks, and best practices. Mentor, coach, and develop junior and mid-level data scientists and engineers. Oversee the design and optimization of robust data pipelines and scalable infrastructure for model training, evaluation, and deployment. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge. Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, or industry groups as an AI thought leader. Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in AI/ML applications.
