A GEM (Government e-Marketplace) Executive primarily manages a company's operations on the GeM portal, focusing on bid/tender management, product listing, and vendor relations with government departments. They act as a point of contact for government agencies, ensuring compliance, and driving business opportunities. Registering, maintaining, and updating the company's profile and product catalog on GeM. Ensuring compliance with GeM norms for product listings. Bid and Tender Management: Monitoring and analyzing daily bidding opportunities. Preparing, submitting, and following up on bids and tenders. Product Listing & Catalog Management: Uploading products with accurate specifications and images. Ensuring timely renewal and documentation compliance. Order Processing & Execution: Handling post-order processes like dispatch, billing, and payment follow-ups. Vendor Assessment & Relationship Management: Liaising with procurement officers in government departments. Building and maintaining relationships with government entities. Compliance & Documentation: Maintaining MIS and documentation related to GeM transactions and contracts. Ensuring compliance with GeM guidelines. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Work Location: In person
