We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic person to drive our growth.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the West Region for security manpower services.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Coordinators (RCs) to streamline operations and ensure client satisfaction.Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and finalize contracts with clients.Reporting & MIS: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Business Head on performance and market insights.Key Requirements:Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably 4 years in security manpower services or related industries.Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of security manpower services and compliance requirements.Travel: Willingness to travel as in required.Role & responsibilities

1) Job Role Training OfficerEducation Qualification Graduation Other Criteria - Ex Serviceman / Certify Trainer from MEPSC / NCC C CertificateComputer Knowledge: MS Office Excel, Word & Power Points Age: 25 to 45 YearCommunication: Should have good English, Hindi & Local Language Experience: 2 to 3 Year as a Physical Security Trainer Salary: As per Industrial StandardKnowledge and Skills Has to have in-depth knowledge PSARA -2005 Training Modulesknowledge of Physical drills and physical trainingOrganize and conduct monthly training sessions on client sites Self-motivated and can handle work pressure. Deliver comprehensive pre-deployment trainings to prepare security personnel for their specific assignments, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their roles effectively. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver engaging and informative training sessions that resonate with participants.Exhibit enthusiasm and skill as a trainer to inspire and empower security personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Ready to move outstation for training in BranchesMust have prior hand on experience in Physical Security Training, Health and Safety Training & First AID CPR AED training.Must have prior experience in conducting Mock DrillsHe Will be responsible for preparation of MIS & Managing Monthly Training ScheduleMaintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes for compliance and reporting purposes.
