Job Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Gear Machine Operators to join our team. The role is open to both experienced and fresher candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of precision machining. Operators will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining gear machines to ensure smooth production and quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor gear cutting and grinding machines.
• Set up machines as per specifications and drawings.
• Perform routine checks and ensure machines are running efficiently.
• Inspect finished gears for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Report any technical issues or machine faults to the supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• Experienced candidates with prior knowledge of gear machine operation preferred.
• Freshers with willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of mechanical processes and measurements.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
