Job Description

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for managing various CP Services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Big Query, Cloud Spanner, VPC, Load Balancing, Cloud NAT, IAM, Secret Manager, Cloud Logging and Monitoring, Vertex AI pipelines, Cloud Build, and Artifact Registry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Experience in Terraform, GitHub, Networking, BigQuery, Bigtable, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and other GCP Cloud Technology Services - Managing Google Compute Engine (GCE), Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Storage, and other Google Cloud Managed Services - Utilizing monitoring tools like Stackdriver Monitoring, Logging, Debugging, and Tracing on Google Cloud Platform - Familiarity with monitoring and log analytical tools such as Grafana and Logscale - Proficiency in Cloud computing concepts including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), DNS, CDN, Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, BigQuery, Bigtable, and Dataflow - Supporting Monolithic and Microservices workloads and integrating with CI/CD tools - Managing build and deployment processes using Terraform, CloudJenkins, and GitHub - Strong experience in managing Linux systems, backups, and patching activities - Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues for Google Cloud Platform products - Providing ongoing support for Google Cloud infrastructure - Executing changes as per the change management process and preparing RCA for Sev 1 incidents - Initiating problem management processes for repeated incidents and driving permanent fixes - Conducting performance fine-tuning activities and automating daily operations to enhance Operational Governance - Devising, refining, implementing, and driving Cloud operations best practices - Coordinating with internal teams for Incident, Change, and Problem tickets - Creating and updating SOPs for regular activities and maintaining the KEDB - Regularly updating architecture and technical documentation No additional details of the company are provided in the job description.,
