Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Implement data integration solutions using GCP services such as Google Cloud Dataflow, Google BigQuery, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

Optimize and manage data storage solutions including Google Cloud Storage, Google Cloud SQL, and Firestore.

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.

Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure high availability and performance.

Lead and mentor junior data engineers, providing guidance and support.

Stay updated with the latest GCP technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on GCP.

Proficiency in Google Cloud Dataflow, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Google Cloud Storage, Google Cloud SQL, and Firestore.

Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.

Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant languages.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualification :

Preferred Skills:

GCP certifications such as Professional Data Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect.

Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.

Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
