GCM - Solr Search Analyst

As a GCM - Solr Search Analyst at Micron Technology, your role will involve configuring and managing Solr instances, cores, and collections to meet specific project requirements. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust security measures for Solr instances, including authentication, authorization, and encryption. Your duties will also include investigating and resolving issues related to Solr search functionality, performance, and reliability to ensure optimal operation. You will oversee document indexing processes, which includes schema design, field types, and analyzers to enhance search accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, debugging and troubleshooting production issues related to Micron search to maintain seamless functionality will be a part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with AEM/Web developers, QA analysts, and product owners to create and implement search collections on Solr is essential. You will also be involved in maintaining and supporting Google feed integrations with backend systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to recommend best practices and conduct proof of concepts (POC) for new search solutions and integrations to drive innovation and efficiency.
