Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Pune. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer service and satisfaction, performing account management, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Skills in Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
