Job Description

**GAT - Projects*

Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities across assigned projects by assisting senior project managers and functional leads in tracking schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, quality standards, and organizational project management frameworks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, finance, and operations to collect project data, prepare status reports, maintain documentation, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and issue resolution.
Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, presentations, and review materials for internal and external stakeholders, including management reviews, progress meetings, risk assessments, and performance evaluations, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Participate in risk identification, issue tracking, and change management processes by maintaining logs, following up on action items, and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
Support compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements during project execution, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned, best practices, and process enhancements for future projects.
