Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join as a GCMS/MS Trainee at FARE Labs, located in Gurugram, Haryana. As a GCMS/MS Trainee, you will be trained in Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), a powerful analytical technique widely used in fields such as environmental analysis, food safety, and forensic science. Your role will involve learning about GC-MS principles, operating GC-MS systems, and data analysis techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Gain a comprehensive understanding of GC-MS principles using national/international standard methods. - Develop practical skills for operating GC-MS systems effectively. - Learn data analysis and interpretation techniques for GC-MS results. - Participate in hands-on training sessions for instrument setup, calibration, and sample analysis. - Understand mass spectra and chromatograms for quantification methods and calibration curves. - Troubleshoot common issues in GC-MS systems such as baseline noise, ion suppression, and peak resolution. Qualifications Required: - Ph.D./M.Tech./M.Sc./B.Tech./B.Sc. in a relevant field. - Freshers are welcome to apply for this role. - Commitment to the training program by attending all scheduled sessions and completing assignments. - Compliance with health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
