Responsible for entire garment production lifecyclefrom planning and scheduling weekly and monthly production to coordinating cutting, sewing, finishing, and packingto ensure highquality output is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with export and industrial standards.
He should experience of manpower, materials, machinery—managing ERPbased production planning tools, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and minimize waste.
Knowledge of garment lines like knitted and poloneck Tshirts and Jockeystyle undergarments, ensuring both construction and fabrication drawings are accurately translated into shop and partdetailed drawings .
