Garments Line Supervisor

You will be responsible for supervising daily garment production activities on the floor. This includes monitoring manpower deployment to ensure optimal workforce utilization and achieving production targets and deadlines efficiently. You will also be coordinating with cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control teams to streamline production processes. In case of production bottlenecks, you will identify them and take corrective actions promptly. Implementing production plans as per line layout and style requirements will also be part of your role. Moreover, maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and safety on the production floor and providing on-the-job training and guidance to workers when required will be essential.
