Junior Fabric Followup

• Assist in following up with fabric suppliers and mills on order status and delivery timelines
• Maintain and update fabric tracking sheets (PO status, dispatches, in-house dates)
• Coordinate fabric sample approvals (lab dips, handlooms, bulk samples) with design/merchandising teams
• Check incoming fabric for basic quality parameters and communicate issues to seniors
• Support documentation and filing related to fabric sourcing, testing, and approvals
• Work closely with the production planning team to align fabric deliveries with production schedules
• Monitor fabric in-house vs. planned dates and escalate delays
• Support inventory tracking and bin card maintenance
• Assist in coordination for fabric testing (e.g., shrinkage, colorfastness) and report collection
• Visit mills or vendors (if required) under the supervision of the fabric incharge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
