Job Description

As a Graphic Designer in a manufacturing environment, you will support the marketing and communications team by creating professional, brand-aligned visual materials that clearly present complex technical information. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of turning industrial content into clear, compelling graphics for both internal and external use.

Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Sales Collateral Design

Assist in designing product brochures, one-pagers, catalogs, case studies, and technical datasheets.

Create sales presentation visuals and support materials that align with branding.

Adapt existing designs for different sizes, formats, or regional/local needs.

2. Digital Content Creation

Design visual assets for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), email campaigns, and websites.

Create digital banners, info graphics, and simple web visuals as needed.

Resize and optimise graphics for different digital platforms and screen types.

3. Branding Support

Follow existing brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all touch points.

Apply brand elements such as logos, color schemes, and typography accurately.

Help update or maintain visual assets in line with brand updates or campaigns.

4. Internal Communications & Signage

Design templates and visuals for internal newsletters, announcements, and training materials.

Assist with internal event branding, safety signage, and facility posters.

Collaborate with HR and operations for visual materials that support internal engagement.

5. File Preparation & Production Support

Prepare basic print-ready files under the guidance of senior designers or marketing leads.

Organize and manage visual assets and templates in shared folders or digital libraries.

Support vendor communications by ensuring design files meet required specifications.

6. Team Collaboration

Work under the direction of a Senior Designer or Marketing Manager.

Participate in team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and project reviews.

Apply feedback constructively to improve design quality and execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

0–4 years of experience in graphic design (internship or freelance experience is acceptable).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical/industrial terminology.

Basic understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.

Portfolio showcasing design projects (school, freelance, or internship work).

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a production-focused environment.
