About us The Godown is a gaming arena in Bangalore with snooker, pool, table tennis, darts, consoles and more. We need energetic staff to help manage the games, attend to customers, handle tokens/cash, and ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities: Welcome customers, issue tokens/cards, and explain rules of each game. Operate and monitor games and tables for pool, TT, foosball, air hockey, ps5 consoles). Assist customers in starting/playing games; troubleshoot small issues. Handle basic cash/token transactions (POS or manual). Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the gaming area. Report equipment faults and escalate to manager. Follow safety & security rules, help manage crowd during busy hours. Support the manager in events, birthday parties, or group bookings. Keep stock of basic consumables (chalk, balls, cues, tokens). Be polite, professional and proactive with every customer. Skills & requirements: 1-4 years’ experience in customer service, retail, F&B, or gaming arcades. Good English + Kannada/Hindi communication. Energetic, alert, and willing to work 1 am shifts/weekends. Honest, punctual and good with handling cash responsibly. Should be physically fit (role involves standing and moving most of the shift). Must be comfortable working under CCTV and following manager instructions. Employment type: full time. Shift timings: 2:00 PM–1:00 AM Probation: 2–3 months. Notice period: 30 days
