We are Hiring Game Zone Associate for Lulu Funtura Gaming Section !!!!!

The Gaming Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the gaming zone, assisting customers, maintaining gaming equipment, and delivering an enjoyable and safe experience for all visitors. The role requires strong customer service skills, attentiveness, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet guests and provide a friendly and welcoming experience.

• Guide customers on game usage, rules, tokens, and offers.

• Assist children and families in playing games safely.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.

Operational Duties

• Operate and monitor gaming machines, simulators, rides, and arcade equipment.

• Ensure all gaming areas are clean, safe, and well-organized.

• Manage tokens, swipe cards, and game recharge systems.

• Follow opening and closing procedures of the gaming zone.

Equipment Management

• Regularly check machines for any faults or errors.

• Report breakdowns or technical issues to the maintenance team immediately.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for minor glitches (if trained).

• Ensure proper handling and care of all equipment.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safety rules are followed by all guests, especially children.

• Maintain crowd control during peak hours.

• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.

Sales & Promotions

• Promote ongoing offers, bundles, and events to customers.

• Support in conducting birthday parties, events, and group activities.

• Upsell packages and increase customer engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Plus Two / Diploma preferred/ Degree

• 02 years experience in gaming, retail, customer service, or hospitality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to handle kids and large crowds.
